Scope. Every engagement begins with a written scope of work setting out the services, deliverables, timeline, and fees before any work starts.
Structure. Work is billed on a monthly retainer, a fixed project fee, or hourly, depending on what the scope calls for. The structure is agreed in writing in advance.
Invoicing. Invoices are issued electronically and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Third-party costs — software licenses, advertising spend, stock media — are passed through at cost and itemized separately.
Billing. Services are invoiced according to the written scope of work agreed with each client. Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Recurring retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice.
Cancellation. A client may cancel a project engagement at any time with written notice. Fees for work already performed as of the cancellation date remain payable; fees for work not yet performed are not charged, or are refunded if already paid.
Refunds. Because these are professional services rather than goods, refunds apply to fees paid in advance for work that has not been performed. Requests should be sent to hello@jpalmerenterprises.com and will be reviewed within five business days.
Disputes. If any part of an invoice or deliverable is in question, contact hello@jpalmerenterprises.com within 15 days of the invoice date. We will work directly with you to resolve it before any other action is taken.
Goods. JPalmer Enterprises LLC does not sell physical products; no shipping or return policy applies.
